Services
Our website describes the accounting, tax, and advisory services we offer. An engagement with our firm is formed only upon execution of a written engagement letter. Website content, estimates, and calculators are informational and do not constitute an engagement, quote, or professional advice.
Client portal
Portal access is provided to active clients for uploading documents, e-signing, messaging, and viewing engagement status. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and multi-factor authentication devices secure, and for the accuracy and completeness of the documents and information you provide.
Electronic signatures
You consent to conduct business electronically, including e-signing consents, engagement letters, and IRS authorization forms through the portal, in accordance with the E-SIGN Act.
Fees and payment
Fees are set out in your engagement letter or invoice. Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
All content on this website is the property of Artha Business Solutions LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website (as distinct from services under a signed engagement letter) is limited to the amount you paid to use the website, which is zero. Professional services are governed exclusively by your engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
